Katrina has taken care of me before this admission on Oct. 31st. She is always kind and always willing to help. She always has a smile on her face. When I was in the hospital from Oct. 9th until Oct 13th she had a patient next to me, she was taking care of him, and he was an old man, 93 years old. He was very hard on her and a difficult patient. She kept her cool and always helped him calm down. He had many accidents in his pants and bed, but she always made sure he was clean and well taken care of. I remember that very well in my mind. He was my roommate in the hospital. She is a great person. Thank you.
