Katrina delivered outstanding care and service during my husband's stay in the SICU after bypass surgery. She was outstanding! She anticipated every need, every possible complication, arranged every possible service that was needed in advance, and was most definitely the reason for my husband's wonderful care in SICU. She is intelligent, caring, organized, efficient, and knowledgeable. My husband felt completely comfortable in her care which contributed to trust in the SICU and recovery.
Katrina has the keen ability to provide the type of care to her patients that is not only technically excellent but equally as important, kind, caring, and compassionate. Katrina is exceptional and most definitely should be recognized for her outstanding compassion, care, and service. Without Katrina, we believe that my husband's experience would have been less than ideal. Care like Katrina's comes once in a lifetime!
