katrina likes, RN

Katrina is one of the brightest beams of light in our unit. No assignment is questioned. She goes right to work. No call-light is left unanswered, no matter whose patient it is. She views all the clients as her clients. She always had pleasant words of support for the patients and when in doubt, she seeks assistance and receives counsel well, another sign of client focus.
The patients light up when she is their RN. She gets along with all her fellow workers and brings out the best in them, working any shift for her is a delight. She brightens up our Rehab Unit, with excellence and cheerfulness.

Katrina is a valued and highly respected RN on our floor. She is always smiling the whole shift. When she gets an admission, she doesn't sit down until late, because she makes sure her patient is comfortable and settled in. She will answer anybody's call light and what is needed without seeking out-patient RN or PCT. You can always expect to hear great compliments about her from staff and patients.
