I spent a rough night with no sleep at all. Katrina started her shift at 0700 - with a smile! Throughout the day she made me comfortable while still ensuring I had the best possible medical care. She left me alone enough that I could get some rest. She was pleasant and always smiling and kept a great positive attitude. Her sense of humor made a difficult time manageable. She put the icing on what would have been an ordinary cake.
