I recently was treated for a-fib by shocking; Dr. B was in charge. Katrina was the nurse in charge. I was apprehensive, to say the least. I did not know what to expect. Katrina moved calmly while she hooked up the many sensors needed for this procedure. She calmed my concerns as she explained what was going to happen. Her steady, competent professionalism made the whole ordeal much more relaxed and successful.
