Katrina Staniford indeed exemplifies excellence in patient care skills. Though Katrina has been here a short time, she has provided expert assistance as a clinic float team nurse to many clinic areas. She does not hesitate to tackle any patient care issue and track down the correct care plan for that individual. She knows her resources, knows when to ask questions and has a depth of experience she is able to glean from. She is confident, calm, cheerful, and extremely capable.
Katrina's patient interactions put the patient at ease. When she arrives in a clinic, she expresses the mindset that she is there to make life easier for the clinic that has a regular staff member missing and she does make life easier! She steps up to the plate, seeks opportunities to help, and is an instant part of the team.
