Came into the ER with a broken bone and road rash from the top all the way to the toes. Easily the worst pain I’ve ever experienced, but Katrina was quick to take action and address the pain. Needless to say, I very much appreciated that. It didn’t stop with that. She was also quick to answer all my questions and ease a worried patient. Katrina was nothing but caring and sweet. I felt safe and well taken care of as soon as I got brought into the ER, which meant the world to my fiancé and me. I am not sure if there were other patients at the ER (most likely, I was not her only patient), but I felt like I was her sole concern even though she was giving other patients the same level I received. I cannot express my gratitude to Katrina and her team for the care they gave me and for taking care of my fiancé while we were in their care. Thank you.
