Katti was a very caring nurse. She listened to our concerns and acted promptly on them, resulting in a procedure my daughterneeded done.Katti puttogether put a team of doctors and nurses to be there during the procedure. She was very professional and reassuring.
Katti provided quality care, and saw that our needs and concerns were addressed. Her soft, caring nature was comforting; she got many opinions and followed through. She acted very professionally on a caring level. She went above and beyond what she needed to do. My daughter discussed the need for a PICC line put in for 3 weeks and Katti acted on it that day. She got a hold of the doctors and helped with the procedure. She was very reassuring and wanted to make sure that we felt safe, answered all our questions and concerns, and she went over thoroughly all discharge papers and procedure
Before we left, she even gave us a warm hug. That was what I call a caring nurse: one who puts the care in healthcare. Katti truly is an asset to your hospital.
