I was recently diagnosed with emphysema and Katy Griffin showed such compassion towards me. Theknowledge she shared with me put all my concerns to rest. She gave me so much helpful advice and let me know I could call her with any concerns that may arise in the future. Her demonstration of how to properly use my inhalers was invaluable. She's arranging pulmonary rehabilitation classes for me that she said will be very helpful. I can't thank her enough.
