Katy was outstanding during my stay on Mother/Baby unit after having my son. She was proactive, personable, articulate, reassuring, authentic and most of all and Effective Educator!! I feels so comfortable and so does my husband going home with my son because of her care.

Katy answered every question with ease and provided us confidence on what to do. She has been reassuring and compassionate with us as we try to figure out being new parents. Not very many times in life do you meet people that feel like family immediately, but Katy made us feel that way!
