Katy has advocated for me in several different ways, with doctors, nurses, and myself. She has given me advice as far as my addiction. She talked me into staying my whole time and showed so much faith in me, which in this situation, makes me feel faith in myself, and has helped to make me feel human and whole, rather than what I felt I was in the past.
She also helped my uncle one day find his mother who was being discharged that day. He was in a wheelchair and has bad COPD and said he felt really sick. She went out of her way and helped him very much. It was so appreciated.
