After a particularly harrowing experience in the E.R. I came to my room with some trepidation. Immediately upon meeting Katy my fears and concerns were put to rest. She was extremely kind, very knowledgeable and exactly what every patient needs upon admittance. She explained and verified with me the results of tests, medications, benefits, and side effects.
