As an adult RN with no pediatric experience, I called Riley Pediatric Pulmonary when my son started having problems with his new diagnosis of asthma. Katy was calm, pleasant, knowledgeable and confident. Katy took the time to make sure my son was safe and educated me as needed to keep him safe. Katy called me multiple times that day. It is hard to explain the impression she had on me, however, it was a big enough impression that I am now a nurse in the same department. I get to work with Katy a couple of days a week. I have learned she treats everyone the way she treated me and my son. You have a great employee working here!!!
