Katy Tuttle came first to PACU before assuming her role as peri-anesthesia manager. She listens empathetically, gets us answers to our questions, and protects our trust and also our confidence. I was overwhelmed and in tears one day and she let me come into the privacy of her office and vent my frustrations in a safe and appropriate space.
