From the moment I arrived, Katy was amazing. My brother is terminal and at the end of his life. The care she has taken in observing him and truly understanding what he needs to be comfortable has made this difficult process a bit easier. She sat with him and talked to him about football. She showed such care I would have never expected, it was compassionate beyond expectations. She has also gone even further than I would have expected taking care of me. Her seemingly simple hug allowed me to let go and start to feel the sadness while being supported. She is truly amazing and I'm sure a valued member of the Lawrence and Memorial team.
