Kay Childress is so very kind. She was very patient and did not rush my mother while she needed to be changed and re-positioned. She made sure the pillows were adjusted to my mother's liking for her shoulders, neck and back. My mom was in an extreme amount of pain and she took the time to go the extra mile to make her comfortable. She explained all the treatments that were being done for mom, including medications and side effects to watch for. She took the time to go the extra mile to share her knowledge about my mom's sickness. She is an excellent nurse. I knew I left her in good hands with her as her nurse. She was proactive with everything she did for her, especially making sure she got the medication she needed. You could tell she loved her job, and I believe she loved my mom by the way she treated her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
