My daughter was at MCR following two surgeries due to a car accident. She suffered a concussion and has a hard time remembering the first week after the accident. However, as a parent, my life will forever be changed with the memories after this life event. Thank you to Kay for being a smile, a kind word, a warm hug, and a friendly face after such a traumatic time in our lives. Thanks for making me and both my injured daughter and her sister feel at home in your hospital. Thank you to Kay for making this experience a positive memory of how we were treated and how my daughter was cared for at MCR. Kay's kindness will always be remembered and truly appreciated!
