Kay-Lynn was one of the best nurses I have ever had, let me tell you. I’ve been in and out of the hospital many times. The first time I met Kay-Lynn, they walked into the room with a smile and a big heart she kept throughout their day. She walked in, introduced herself to me, and asked if there was anything she could do to make me feel comfortable. I just felt like someone was trying to help me; it was a great feeling to have. She is very knowledgeable in their field of work. Plus, I have a wound, which Kay-Lynn knew a lot about. I was very impressed with her knowledge. Kay Lynn did everything that I asked for, with no hesitation or questions. She went above and beyond and did her job as a nurse when I needed her most. Kay-Lynn always made me feel better.
