... I need to brag about my care while being hospitalized from a complete hysterectomy. While on the 2nd floor, Same Day Surgery area, Kay McFarlane made me feel calm and aware of the process I would be going through while in the department. There was a possibility I might not be able to have the surgery. Please let these wonderful staff members know they are doing a "blue ribbon" job! It is great meeting people in the medical field who care about the human side.
