Kaycee Macdonald, BSN, RN

I had the privilege of having Kaycee for the Pre-operative stage of both my orthopedic surgeries. She is a pleasure to be cared for as she puts everyone at ease while prepping her patients for their prospective procedures. She is personable and relatable and is an absolute sweet gem of a person. She is spectacular at what she does and deserves to be recognized for her dedication to her patients and organization. Kaycee was training another nurse, and she was her shadow for my second surgery date. And she was wonderful in explaining everything to her orientee in simplistic and understandable terms. She is a natural at what she does as a nurse and a team leader. Thanks to Kaycee for all you do for your patients.
