I am a nurse myself, and because of that, I often find that the information and interactions I receive as a patient or parent are abbreviated or clinical. But Kayde never made me feel like just another nurse. She met me on a human level, with genuine compassion, clear communication, and sincere presence.

My child needed care, and Kayde treated them as if they were her own. She took the time to explain, to comfort, and to make sure both of us felt safe and supported. She didn't assume I already knew everything because of my profession; she still walked me through each step with patience and kindness. In one of the most stressful moments for our family, she was steady, warm, and truly exceptional.
