Kaye is a CN3 on 5HN and has spent many years catering to the needs of the unit as a charge nurse. Kaye ensures that the staff can safely take care of all patients. Kaye's hard work leads to a cohesive unit that functions exceptionally well. It is because of her that I have moved up the clinical ladder, and returned to school to further my career. Kaye motivates her co-workers and pushes her colleagues to do things we never knew we were capable of. She goes above and beyond for her patients. Her smile is contagious, and she takes care of everyone. She even makes sure that the staff is well fed. She introduced GI rounds to the unit, where she brings in home-cooked meals every Sunday. There are many things to say about Kaye. She is a fair, knowledgeable, compassionate and excellent nurse. She has a wealth of knowledge to share. Thank you, Kaye, for all you do.
