My teenage daughter needed a procedure. She has an anxiety disorder and was really scared. When Kayela came in to take her to the OR, she spent at least 10 minutes talking to her and really made her feel at ease. She explained everything exactly as it would happen. After we got home, my daughter told me that Kayela actually tucked her in "like a burrito" and made her feel so safe that she wasn't even scared at all (which is nothing short of a miracle). My daughter has repeated several times since then that Kayela was so nice to her and how safe she felt. I am appreciative beyond words.
