I have been in and out of hospitals over the years and met a lot of nurses. I feel that Kayla Barth has provided outstanding/excellent service to me. She is truly the best nurse I've ever had. She is not only very skilled with what she does, she is also very caring and compassionate. She is genuine, heartwarming, kind, nice, and really put me at ease. She rounded on me frequently and entered my room with a smile on her face every time. Her handoffs to the next nurse coming on in the morning were seamless. She shared all my individual likes and dislikes and also followed through on them. Kayla always went above and beyond and just truly shines as a nurse.

We had a heart to heart one night about nursing. I hope I was able to help her see how valued she is and what important a calling she has chosen as her career. Kayla is someone that has the whole package and I feel she deserves public recognition for a job very well done.
