Kayla Brown was nominated by a patient that she cared for who delivered a stillborn child. The patient had never had someone who opened up their whole heart and makes her feel so comfortable and welcome. She was there for the patient supporting her at every turn every when things got bad. She held her hand and was able to console her with just a look and treated the patient as if she was the only person in the world. Kayla is beyond stellar!
