Kayla has been a Godsend from the moment we arrived here.
Kayla received four nominations this collection period from her patients.
Kayla, where do I start? You are the kindest soul. On my first day postpartum as a first-time mom, you were there for me. You made sure that my son and I had everything we needed, but most importantly, you were my advocate. You knew something wasn’t right with me that even I couldn’t see. Thank you for being so diligent and attentive in your nursing. You had such an intuition from the start, and we are so lucky to have you. I’m thankful to have such a great nurse and friend.
Kayla has been a Godsend from the moment we arrived here. I was having fast and painful contractions back-to-back. Kayla wasn’t missing a beat with everything I needed. She helped me make sure I was as comfortable as I could be and even made me smile and laugh to relieve my anxiety and fear. I was a high-risk pregnancy due to a clotting disorder and thanks to Kayla I had a wonderful delivery. I had a perfectly healthy baby boy. Everything was great until I started hemorrhaging. I was terrified, and Kayla made sure to relieve my pain and fear as best as she could. She always made sure I understood what was going on and consistently reassured me that I would be okay, and sure enough, thanks to Kayla’s efforts and the efforts of the other staff, I was happy, healthy, and able to leave with my husband and our new baby boy. Thank you, Kayla.
She is very educational. She was very attentive to not only myself and my daughter during labor and delivery and postpartum care but also to my family, standing by my side through the process as well. She went above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable as possible. She is very sweet and caring towards her patients.
Even though a lot was happening, including many babies and patients, she didn’t stop giving awesome care. In the short amount of time spent with Kayla, we could see she is a very caring person, a hard worker, and loves her job along with helping others. Nurses like her are great for settling nerves and feeling comfy! Along with how caring she is, she is also very knowledgeable; I never doubted anything she said. 10 out of 10 service, she made timely rounds. She always ensured everyone in the room was cared for and didn’t need or want anything.
