Kayla consistently goes above and beyond for her coworkers, patients, and students. Whether handling difficult situations or creating a positive learning environment, she does so with grace, patience, and professionalism. Her calm presence helps students feel confident and supported as they learn and grow.
Her knowledge of Labor and Delivery, combined with her kindness and genuine investment in others, left a lasting impression on an entire group of future nurses. One student even shared that because of her mentorship, they fell in love with OB nursing and nursing itself.
