She went beyond the call of duty to make me comfortable time and time again. I caused a mess by spilling my medication, spilled my water pitcher and she just smiled and cleaned it up without complaining. She replaced my wet clothes with dry bed linens and gown, showed me dignity when helping me with a bed bath, and helping me use the urinal. She allowed me privacy and dignity in the process. She never makes me feel like a burden. She just tries to take care of my needs and makes me feel like a person in need. She does everything in her power/ability to make me comfortable. I get 100% of my medical care from the VA hospital but for some reason, I was directed to Charlton Methodist and this nurse was knowledgeable. The service was quick and with no wait time, no excuses, I feel like I am a guest in a hotel, not a patient. She treats me like I am paying for a private duty nurse waiting on my every need. Anyone who is fortunate to have Kayla as their health care person is very fortunate. Kayla is the best health care professional I have ever had the privilege to work with throughout my career. There is none better.
