Kayla went above and beyond making it possible for me to get in and out quickly allowing me to receive my infusion in a timely manner.
Kayla is an exceptional nurse and a true example of what nursing should be. I had to come to the hospital weekly for a blood draw and PICC line dressing change. At times, the PICC group is very difficult to connect with and Kayla volunteered to help me out. Several times upon my arrival, I waited over an hour after my appointment time which caused my prescribed infusion to be very late or not at all. Kayla went above and beyond making it possible for me to get in and out quickly allowing me to receive my infusion in a timely manner. She is very valuable. Thanks so much, Kayla.
