Kayla Freisleben, RN

I first met Kayla back in 2021. She was assigned as my nurse weekly along with another. When I returned to the cancer center in 2024, she was assigned to me again. Kayla remembered me warmly. I did remember my nurse and felt blessed to have her care for me again. Kayla is very sweet. A nurse with such a big heart. She loves her job and caring for others. She pays attention to details. Kayla gets all the necessary information to make good decisions, help me feel better, and provide me with the best advice. She’s a wonderful listener. Very sympathetic and understanding. She’s gentle when changing my dressing weekly. Kayla deserves to be recognized for this DAISY Award. She is a hard worker and is always ready to lend a helping hand to other patients, whether she has been assigned as their nurse or not. I am blessed to have Kayla as my nurse. She is an awesome woman. As soon as I see Kayla, I can’t help but feel calm and relaxed, so happy and really special. Thank you, Kayla, for being my “Living Angel”. Thank you for all you’ve done for me. I appreciate you.
