My brother was in the hospital and wasn't doing well. I wanted him transferred to a bigger hospital in Pittsburgh. Kayla Gadsby said even though the hospital was small, it had everything the big hospital had. She gave me confidence in the situation. She also put in a request for a second opinion and my brother was able to have a telehealth talk with infectious disease doctors at Presby in Pittsburgh. Kayla was so attentive to my brother and answered all his questions; she went above and beyond. She even called my brother's wife at home after she left. Who does that!? Wonderful Nurses!
