My daughter is 15 and very nervous and a little scared. Kayla went over and above her duties to make sure my daughter was taken care of. She let me stay with her as long as she could and stayed with her and held her hand and comforted her until her procedure. I really appreciate her taking such good care of my daughter. It warms this mama's heart. All healthcare professionals should strive to be like Kayla.
