Kayla was recognized by a patient who shared how frightened she was and how Kayla recognized that, reached out to her, and gave her the strength and support she needed at a very difficult time.
The patient nomination summed it up in this way, "This nurse has been the kindest nurse I've met in my entire life. She made such an impact on me." The patient continued by thanking Franciscan for having a nurse like Kayla! The IMPACT team wholeheartedly agrees.
