In the day cohort this student was nominated by a clinical faculty member and is recognized as being the most improved clinical student she has in the spring of 2018. She really came out of her shell and did a great job interpreting theory into clinical practice. She was really compassionate with the kiddos and did a great job interacting with them. The faculty is honored to present the Student Nurses' Daisy Award to Kayla Jansen.
