I want to thank Kayla from the bottom of my soul. I honestly don’t know where my daughter would be medically without her. I feel like she did her thing, which from my perspective, was a state of emergency, and handled it with such grace. Kayla was always super on point and when I called Kayla in to help me with my daughter it was without hesitation, and she took control. Kayla was graceful, powerful, and outstanding. She wasted no time making impactful decisions. Because of her love and care for my daughter, Kayla was reactive and continued to make important medical decisions she felt she needed to make. My family loves Kayla for her authenticity in care, kindness, and how she handled my baby girl with love as well as her parents. Kayla continued to thrive in a field that can have some really rough days but be reassured when you meet patients and families like ours remember that you touch lives and change lives forever. We will never forget you, Kayla, I will never forget you. I can’t wait to tell my daughter that she had such a brave nurse that got mom through such a traumatizing event. Please know what you do does not go unnoticed. I am so forever grateful and appreciative for all you did for us while in your care.
