November 2022 Honoree
Kayla McCourt, RN
My Aunt was admitted after a very long period in the ER. Kayla was able to calm her down and eliminate a total meltdown! She suffers from extreme anxiety along with her illness. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and exceptional!
---
Overall, anytime Kayla was my mom’s nurse or in the vicinity, she went above and beyond to make sure that my mom was comfortable and well taken care of. She was always willing to help with a smile (through her mask) and was very chipper. It’s really crucial to be as helpful, and kind and to move with a sense of urgency while taking care of patients, especially in an emergency situation. Kayla is great and if she keeps up the great work she will go far in life, not just at Lankenau.
