From her first day through her 3rd day with us, Kayla Perdue has had a smile on her face and a wonderful disposition. She has provided exceptional compassionate care to my mother. Kayla was very thorough in her care. She discussed everything prior to commencing with family members and my mother who is hard of hearing.
Kayla was always timely and displayed the appropriate sense of urgency depending on my mother's needs at the time, from walks to the bathroom visits, to dispensing medicine. The entire staff at University Hospital including the Cardiac ICU, the 6th Floor and the 4th Floor of the Cardiac wing consistency demonstrated a commitment to exceptional and compassionate care the full 2 weeks of our stay. Kayla stood out and my mother and my entire family wanted to recognize her.
