Kayla was one of the best nurses we had the entire time that we stayed at the USNHO. She was not only amazing at her job but also was great with us as people she never pushed us to the side or made us feel we were any less important than someone else. She made us feel like her top priority and always reassured us about everything that was being discussed the entire time. Nothing was a secret. Kayla even loved our sweet baby girl which made us all happier! Definitely could not go wrong with this pick! Literally the best experience possible! This place needs more of her. She even taught her trainee well and actually gave her all information and didn't just take over. They made a great team.
