Kayla Piedmonte, RN

Kayla Piedmonte is the most outstanding nurse. She goes above and beyond with every single patient she has personally and on our unit. Little things matter. Things like shaving an intubated patient. Washing someone’s hair to make them feel human again. Kayla is the very best team member. She’s there for every nurse as a constant source of positivity and encouragement. Our unit and our hospital are so much richer because Kayla is a nurse. Patients have consistently praised Kayla’s professionalism and thoughtful care. If ever someone was deserving of recognition, it’s Kayla Piedmonte.
