Kayla helped me in recovery after my Endoscopy. She was not just awesome, but fantastic with all her explanation and help she gave me before I went home. She reminded me of my granddaughter that is going to nursing school. She was very sweet to me and I want her to be recognized for the great work she does and the kindness she showed me.

I want to recognize Kayla not only for her kindness but also for her hard work and dedication to her career and to our facility. Some of the things I would like to add to her recognition are:
1. Her dedication, which I think is largely reflected by her tenure.
2. Her reliability. Kayla is one of the most reliable people we have here. Kayla never calls in to say that she won't be at work and she is here with a smile on her face promptly, every single day.
3. Her relationships with co-workers and physicians. Kayla is very knowledgeable about this facility and the work that we do. It's sometimes difficult to put into words the impact a person has on a work environment. This is the case with Kayla for sure. Simply put, her presence just makes our facility better and we are fortunate to have her as a member of our team.
