Kayla and her team treated my 18 year old severely disabled son for two days. She accepted him immediately. She honored him for who he was. She valued me as a part of the team. She asked questions and learned. She became his friend the first day and made him feel safe. She also became a leader to other team members on how to best give him care. She was a careful and watchful with his care. She was professional and intelligent in her service.
