Kayla went above and beyond to make sure my Dad's transition from the ICU to the 11th floor was smooth. My dad was so nervous about how things were going to be different on this floor, and Kayla was so kind and patient. She treated my Dad like he was her family. She was on top of everything making sure my Dad's comfort level and pain level were watched closely. I felt so comfortable going home to get some rest because I knew he was in great hands.
