What stood out to me was not just her extensive knowledge but also her ability to actively listen and provide specific care to my wife. She was patient, empathetic, and understood my wife’s fear of not being able to breastfeed.

Kayla Wilkes’s supportive and encouraging attitude gave my wife the confidence she needed during our stay at MCE. Her depth of knowledge and compassion blew us away. We had been to two other hospitals, and they were not nearly as thorough, helpful, or caring as Kayla. We couldn’t have been more pleased with her and her efforts to take care of my wife and our daughter. She is a model of what a Nurse should be and is recognized for her outstanding care of her patients.
