During my grandmother’s recent hospital stay for vertigo and heart issues, we were incredibly fortunate to have Kayla caring for her. Her presence, compassion, and attention made a meaningful difference not only in my grandmother’s recovery but also in how our entire family experienced that difficult time. My grandmother was scared and disoriented, especially because the vertigo made it hard for her to sit up or move without becoming nervous or dizzy. Kayla immediately recognized how vulnerable she was feeling and went above and beyond to make her feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. She also took time to explain every part of the care process to us, making sure we understood her medications, what to expect with her heart monitoring, and how to help ease her vertigo symptoms. That kind of clarity and compassion helped us feel empowered and reassured during a very stressful time. She made my grandmother feel seen and safe, and for that our entire family is so thankful.
