Kaylah explained things to me so that I could understand them. She always answered my calls on time with a smile on her face and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. She always had a huge amount of respect for me when talking or explaining things to me. She worked very well with the other staff members. I really appreciate the way Kaylah went above and beyond to make me feel better. I was very depressed from my pain, and she went 10x over her job to help make me feel a whole lot better. Nurses like her are what every hospital needs. She made my stay here very enjoyable by all means.
