I am honored to recognize Kayle Schulz, an RN and hospice clinical nursing supervisor, for her extraordinary compassion, leadership, and unwavering dedication to both patients and staff.

In hospice care, where every moment matters, she consistently brings a level of empathy and presence that comforts not only our patients but their families during one of life's most difficult transitions. She has personally taken on the role of case manager, proving her clinical skills are exceptional and span a remarkable range of patients - from as young as eight months to the elderly. She listens deeply, communicates clearly, and ensures that every patient is treated with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness.

What sets her apart is her remarkable ability to support and advocate for her team while maintaining exceptional patient care. She has a unique gift - like fitting together pieces of a puzzle - of coordinating staff, resources, and care needs in a way that makes even the most complex situations feel manageable.
