Today I came in late to drop off medication for my wife. It was a few moments after visitation hours ended, and I asked if I could see my wife for just a few minutes. Kaylea was her nurse for the night and was very strict about the visitation hours. I begged her to see my wife for just a few minutes, and she must have seen the look in my eyes, because she went ahead and let me see my wife for one minute. She took it upon herself to comfort both me and the patient. I really appreciated this and the compassion that she showed. Moments like this are very important when someone is ill. It works miracles for both the patient and their family members. Kaylea is an awesome representation for Bethesda. Thank you!
