Kaylee went above and beyond. She really showed us what a great nurse should be. A smiling example, as I have been here often to check on my husband. She has been extremely attentive taking care of needs and concerns, not just my husband but to watch. She pays special attention to all of her patients, this speaks volumes. We've been excited to see her some on a shift because we knew we would not need to worry - a true blessing when you are sitting in a hospital, as there is enough to worry about. I would also like to mention she helped with whatever needs we could have such as patient care. Her positive attitude is amazing always smiling and making us smile. I think that is just as important as any medicine. You are lucky to have her on your team at UPMC and we were blessed to have her as a nurse.
