Kaylee Dickson, RN

Kaylee took care of a patient in our unit who has been here for over a month and is awaiting placement. She noticed that he had no personal clothing and took it upon herself to bring him brand-new shirts, pants, and socks. When I took over for the patient, he was smiling ear to ear because he felt so good/confident in these new clothes. She is always going above and beyond for her patients, even keeping bottles of shampoo and conditioner in her locker in case there is someone who needs their hair washed and keeping extra hair ties in case someone is in need. She truly cares about her patients, and she is the epitome of a compassionate nurse.
