Kaylee Hathaway, RN

Kaylee was BEYOND amazing with our three-year-old daughter. We were in for trouble breathing due to a viral infection and she was so patient, so calm, so fun & loving. She made every “scary” thing for our daughter so much more manageable through her attitude & surprises! Kaylee never seemed frustrated and truly had a friendship with our whole family after being there for a couple of days. Kaylee was a great advocate for parents who have never been through a situation like this before. Kaylee explained everything so clearly; she helped us make hard decisions, never made us feel bad for advocating for our daughter, and praised us (which is so reassuring to a mom in a new situation). Kaylee gave us amazing advice and feedback. We felt as though she was on our team all the time, no matter the attitude of our three-nager and wanted the best for our daughter from the bottom of her heart. We truly feel like Kaylee was a blessing during our scary stay there & was such an instrumental part of the recovery for our daughter. We are so blessed that she was our nurse and a part of this unsettling journey with us.
